夏莼 教授 Chun Xia Professor




个人介绍:

  男,1984年1月出生于湖南临湘。2006年6月在南京大学获得天文学专业理学学士学位,2012年6月在南京大学获得天体物理博士学位。2012年10月到2017年10月在比利时鲁汶大学等离子体天体物理中心做博士后。2017年11月起在云南大学物理与天文学院工作,现任副研究员、硕士生导师。2017年获得云南大学四层次引进人才计划资助,2019年获得云南省千人计划青年人才称号。


承担课程:

 《等离子体天体物理》、《并行计算导论》、《线性代数》


研究领域:

  从事日珥及相关太阳大气活动的研究,主要通过辐射磁流体数值模拟建立物理模型来研究观测现象的物理本质,取得的成果包括:

1) 对二维日珥数值模型做出了重大的改进,证实了热不稳定是日珥形成的物理机制;

2) 突破了二维模型的限制,建立了第一个三维日珥数值模型,再现了日珥离散的内部结构,解释了日珥和冕穴共生的现象,提出了日珥物质动态循环的物理机制;

3) 发展了国际一流的开源磁流体数值模拟程序,实现了高精度热传导、任意磁场分离等创新方法。

Resume

   Male, born in January 1984 in Linxiang, Hunan Province. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Astronomy from Nanjing University in June 2006 and his Ph.D. in Astrophysics from Nanjing University in June 2012. He was postdoctoral fellow at the Centre for mathematical Plasma Astrophysics, KU Leuven, Belgium, from October 2012 to October 2017. Received funding from the four-level introduction of talent program, he has been working in the School of Physics and Astronomy of Yunnan University since November 2017 and is currently an associate researcher and master's tutor. He won the 1,000-talent program of Yunnan Province in 2019.

Research:

   Solar prominences and related solar atmospheric activities, investigate the physical nature of observational phenomena by establishing physical models of radiative magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) numerical simulations, and the outstanding results include 1) significant improvements to the two-dimensional prominence numerical model, which confirm the thermal instability as a physical mechanism for the formation of prominences; The first three-dimensional prominence numerical model was established, the   internal structure of prominence was reproduced, the phenomenon of the prominence-cavity system was explained, the physical mechanism of the dynamic circulation of prominence matter was proposed, and 3) a worldwide first-class open-source MHD simulation code was developed, and innovative methods such as high-precision thermal conduction and arbitrary magnetic field split were realized.
